AlkaWay Whole House – Defender

The Defender Whole House Water System provides comprehensive protection with three filters and a UV sterilizer, ensuring safe, clean water for medium to large homes using either tank or town water. The three-cartridge setup works together with the ultraviolet sterilizer to effectively control viruses, bacteria, and protozoa, while also delivering enhanced sediment removal.

Stage 1: 5-micron sediment filter – removes dirt, rust, and particles

Stage 2: 1-micron sediment filter – targets finer particles

Stage 3: 5-micron GAC filter (with silver) – removes VOCs, odours, and inhibits bacteria growth

UV Sterilizer (39W, 45 L/min, stainless steel): Kills bacteria, viruses, and protozoa without chemicals

Effective for various water sources: Rainwater/tank water – often acidic and biologically contaminated from organic matter or animal droppings.

Filter lifespan: Up to 12 months (depends on water quality and volume)

Wide pH operating window (4-9pH) and very low-pressure drop (approximately 2 psi)
